2009
Now in its fifth year, the Grand Masters Program is a showcase for the world’s finest artisans, and a breakthrough opportunity for engravers and jewelers to learn the exceptional techniques and artistic refinement of these acclaimed Grand Masters. Set in a unique studio environment, participants study directly under these masters while enjoying the camaraderie of their peers. The result is a new level of creativity and vibrancy for those who attend.
The 2009 Grand Masters are Alexander Sidorov, a master stone setter, designer, and jeweler from Antwerp, Belgium, and Martin Strolz, a master engraver who works predominantly on fine firearms in Steyr, Austria. Mr. Sidorov’s stone setting course will span two weeks and Mr. Strolz’s engraving course is the customary five days.
